Returns and Exchanges
For online purchases we will happily provide a refund up to 14 days after delivery of your order. It must be returned to us in its original condition within 14 days of you notifying us that you’d like a refund. We are also happy to offer an exchange or a credit note. Payment of postage and packaging for unwanted items is up to you. Please return the item in its original jewellery box.
If your item arrives faulty or damaged please let us know as soon as possible and we will provide a replacement or repair free of charge.
Refunds are not available for items purchased in-store, but we are happy to offer you an exchange or credit note for any in-store purchase, with the exception of earrings which are non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons. We do not need the receipt but please do bring your jewellery back in its original box.
